We take great care in crafting each piece with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we understand that adjustments may sometimes be needed.
Modifications to your order are accepted up until the item is shipped. If you need to make changes to your order—such as updating the shipping address, changing product details, or adjusting the size—please contact us immediately at Eclectic.heirlooms111@gmail.com.
Modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing the order or until the item’s status is updated to “Ready to Ship.” Once your order is shipped, we will be unable to make further adjustments.If the modification results in a difference in price (e.g., for custom adjustments), we will send you a link to process the additional charge before the changes are confirmed.
